Light Fingering (uk 4 ply) weight with 50g – 300m
This Tee is designed by our dear friend Sara Maternini - La Cave a Laine - using The Twisty Chic in two colorways.
It's actually your perfect companion for those windy summer days when you want a bit of warmth, but not too much!
Knitted at a loose gauge to preserve its flow and flair, it is a simple yet fun knit, giving you enough to think about without too much hassle. The lace is easy and simple, the construction is straightforward but fun: the perfect TV knitting!
The name comes from the Florence + The Machine song King: I am no mother, I am no bride, I am king
Knitted from the top-down, the tee begins with a provisional cast-on for the back, knitted flat with short row shaping. Once the shoulder part of the back is finished, the tee proceeds with the front. At the underarms you will join the front and back and begin to work in the round to form the body.
The sample is knitted in TRILLY as MC and SELENE as CC, and you may substitute them easily inside the Twisty range with awesome contrast effects, or trying with Chi or Aestiva as well.
**Please note that PATTERN is NOT INCLUDED in the yarn purchase **
