WOOL&HONEY SWEATER

BOTTONI Sport

100% wool from Brogna, Sambucana, Moretta

DK weight with 100g – 350m 2 ply

Description

This evergreen sweater by Andrea Mowry  features some of our favourite characteristics in a knitting pattern: simple yet effective stitching, effortless garter sections and a wondrous final result.

Knit top down, with a flattering, cropped, boxy silhouette, it looks equally beautiful paired with your favorite jeans or thrown on over a dress!

We opted to knit it in Bottoni Sport, as it had the nearest thickness to the original yarn used for this piece; in any case you'll have to adjust your own gauge to make it fit to your dimensions.

In fact, Bottoni - though knitted with the same  needles as the recommended ones - blooms quite nicely, yielding a larger garment than expected.
