This is our very first woollen spun yarn!
We selected 3 different kinds of italian wool that would yield a bouncy, soft and heathery mix once carded and spun: the undyed base shade is gorgously variegated in mid beige shades, with some brown and grey undertones.
We added a lot of dyed flecks of recuperated italian wool, in shades insipred by some of our own favourite shades picked from our palettes.
This is how we got to have a charming tweedy effect, that is perfect to knit any warm garment that requires braids, cables andloftiness!
